• August 15, 22 and 29 will be In-Sanctuary Services. Chalmers services begin at 10:30 am. Barring any new Covid restrictions, Services will be held in Sanctuary and will also be live-steamed and uploaded to the web.  Speaker: The Rev. Dr. Paul Currie graduated from Queens Theological College, and served a number of pastoral charges, including one in Manitoba and various places across Ontario, including Kingston’s Edith Rankin Memorial. He retired to live in Bath in 2017. His ongoing education included a D. Min. from Detroit’s Ecumenical Theological Seminary, and Mediation and Conflict Management certification from Conrad Grebel in Waterloo.

• July 4, 11 and 18 at 9:30 am together with FAITH UNITED, Sydenham Street United and Chalmers United. Faith conducts its services from 9:30-10:30 via Zoom. They do NOT tape their service nor do they post it on the web site. Therefore you must attend at 9:30 if you wish to hear the service. The Zoom link will be the same every week: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/6761760718 or by phone. A virtual coffee hour follows  to which everyone is invited. Summer Series:  Beyond the Bounds   A three-part series that features stories of individuals from diverse backgrounds. You are invited to journey into the lives of people who through everyday actions and decisions reach others here and abroad. Author Katherine Gibson, will be the moderator for the series. Katherine, has had careers in Education, Journalism, and Politics and they have led her into a deeper understanding of how actions large and small impact others. Over the following three weeks, Katherine will sit down on:  July 4: With Faith United’s own Suzanne Savard, who with her family quietly supports projects here and abroad. July 11: With Chalmers United’s Michael Cooke, Educator and VP of St. Lawrence College and July 18: With Bill Gray, tireless international volunteer. Let their stories inspire and delight you.

• 7 pm Thursday, April 1: The Thursday before Easter is known as Maundy Thursday. Maundy is derived from the Latin word for “command,” and refers to Jesus’ commandment to the disciples to “Love one another as I have loved you.” The Sacrament of Communion will be celebrated. If you wish to participate, you are invited to prepare the elements, bread and wine, before listening to the Service.
• 10 am Friday, April 2: All of the eight Congregations participating in the Ecumenical Worship Partnership have contributed to this Good Friday Worship Service when we commemorate the crucifixion and death of our Lord and Saviour.
• 7:30 pm Saturday, April 3: An Easter Vigil Service on Holy Saturday. On this day the Church waits at the Lord’s tomb, meditating on his suffering and death.
