From the Chalmers Commission: The Structures Working Circle (SWC) has now had two fruitful round-the-circle conversations. The object of the time limited conversations is to recommend a model of congregational administration/decision-making reflective of Chalmers present needs and capacity. The model will feature the principles of Restorative Practice which all our Circles have been using.
