This Circle will consider options with a view to recommending a model of congregational administration/decision-making reflective of Chalmers present needs and capacity.\nAs expressed in\, and embraced by\, the commitments in the Moving Forward document (endorsed by the congregation 20/10/22)\, the SWC is a new\, time-limited effort focused on designing/recommending a future congregational decision-making model that features the principles of Restorative Practice.
