SUMMARY:Outreach Working Circle meeting
DESCRIPTION:The Structures Working SMALL Group (David\, Nick and me) has been beavering away on how best to outline to all Chalmers’ folk how we see the structure of our decision-making body\, and what and how the Circles will contribute to the next months at Chalmers.  We have some outlines of responsibilities of each of the Circles\, and now want each of the Circles to discuss their lists of potential responsibilities\, and give some feedback.  All the Circles are being asked to meet sometime between now and next Thursday\, January 27 to review what they have been doing.  More information will be sent out today from the church office. \nA full Structures Working Groups meeting is planned for Monday\, January 30 at 7pm in MacCallum Hall to review the recommendations and decide on next steps. \nI would like to plan an Outreach Circle meeting for this Sunday at 7.30 pm by Zoom (some people are still reticent about meeting in person\, and others prefer not to come out at night).  Could you please email me back when you receive this to let me know of your availability? \nLink:  Zoom link is: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/83823105027?pwd=WUxMZFM3ZWlEL1l1NnN1Z1dVQ0h3Zz09 \nAs always\, it is important that as many of us as possible in the congregation continue to be involved in this process.  Everyone is welcome at any or all of the meetings so please forward this email or contact anyone in the congregation who is interested in how Chalmers may be involved in Outreach to the wider community. \n Thank you!  Mary
